Our purpose is to promote education, advocacy, and collegiality among local GPs, strengthening the delivery of primary health care and improving health outcomes for our community.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Founded and led by local GPs, we operate with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by frontline practitioners. We create spaces for connection, learning and collaboration, whether through professional development events, peer support networks or strategic partnerships with hospitals, allied health providers and our local Primary Health Network (PHN).<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Our work is grounded in the belief that strong general practice is the foundation of a healthy community. We advocate for systems that support continuity of care, equitable access and sustainable practice environments. Through our initiatives, we aim to empower GPs to thrive professionally while delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">We are proud to be one of seven member companies responsible for the governance of the\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/cesphn.org.au\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network (CESPHN)<\/a><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">.
