companies involved in the governance of CESPHN.\u00a0 The member companies are eligible to nominate and elect directors to the EIS Health Limited Board, ensuring that each group has a strong and independent voice in determining\u00a0health service provision as set out in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cesphn.org.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/EIS-Health-Ltd-Constitution-November-2024-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EIS Health Ltd Constitution<\/a>.<\/p><p>CESPHN\u2019s boundaries align with those of South Eastern Sydney Local Health District and Sydney Local Health District.<\/p><p>The region incorporates 13 local government\u00a0areas, which include St George.<\/p><p>The clinical chairs meet four times a year and along with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cesphn.org.au\/who-we-are\/engagement\/clinical-council\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Clinical Council<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cesphn.org.au\/who-we-are\/engagement\/community-council\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Community\u00a0Council<\/a>\u00a0provide strategic advice to the\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/cesphn.org.au\/who-we-are\/board-of-directors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Board<\/a>\u202fand assist in identifying opportunities to improve access to health services and provide advice about matters affecting out patients and members, population health planning and the commissioning of services.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
